In 2012, Anastasia co-founded Himalayan Yoga Academy in Indian city of Rishikesh, renown for its reputation of world capital of yoga. Thousands of people from around the world come to this sacred place to learn the depth of meditation and traditional yogic techniques. Anastasia’s objective was to create a team of best teachers of various yogic practices that would combine their expertise and experience in offering comprehensive, all round curriculum to aspiring teachers of yoga. About 200 people have graduated from the school run by Anastasia and her teacher colleagues in 2012-2013. She also created a set of study materials and wrote several books for the courses.
